At Camel City Mill, we stand behind the durability and comfort of our workwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
